New Media have brought diverse changes in information society. But It is more correct that those changes caused by the mature of information technologies rather than direct developments of technologies. Any technologies can not be accepted in the society without the need of life. Socical changes will be predicted to be middle growth economy in social structure, variety of needs, modification in city structure, internationalization, professionalism. In individual aspects, they want comparative information for the estimation of one’s surroundings. Family life will be communicating each other more closely and seek rational life planning. In administrative aspect, effective administration, recognition of community member’s need are required. High informational society shall involue from the home to the whole society.
